Books for Children in East Timor

Children in East Timor are in desperate need of books and other educational material. This month, St. Martha's Parish will be sponsoring a book drive for the children. You can donate a new or used book in the special bin located in the parish office. We would also appreciate cash donations to cover shipping costs. Won't you please help the children? Contact Paul Harvell in the parish office for further details.

Outreach Ministry

Are you interested in becoming a nursing home minister?  Parishioners of all ages are welcome to join. Please contact Jenny Johnson at 9722 6131 (evenings) or e-mail at
jjohnson@hotmail.com to learn more about this important part of our Outreach Ministry.

St. Martha's Craft Group

St. Martha's Craft Group would like to thank the parishioners who responded so well to our needs in the way of wool, materials and lavender. God Bless all of you for your generous support and for helping us to put a smile on the faces of our elderly in the nursing home. The parish would like to thank the ladies of the Craft Group for the cheerful way in which they work for others. Please see our
Calendar Page for the dates of our next meetings.
